# Shanghai Disneyland Tickets: How to Book with a Foreign Passport

Decide which of these situations fits your trip, then compare the same ticket type and date across sellers.

**Use Klook to compare the listed admission and bundle options together.** Match the package to your choice above, then check the total for your entire group. Buy there if the final price, inclusions and cancellation conditions work for you; a displayed discount alone is not a reason to choose it.

<h2 id="booking-steps">What to open on Klook</h2>

The public listing checked September 23, 2026 has a **Packages** section with separate admission and bundle choices. Use this sequence:

1. **Find the ticket type you chose above.** Read its cancellation and confirmation labels. A meal bundle, an early-entry bundle and advance-purchase admission can have different conditions.
2. **Open “Package details” before “Select”.** Read what is included and how you redeem it. Continue only when those conditions fit your visit.
3. **Review the chosen date, guest categories and final total before payment.** Use each guest’s own identity document. If the form cannot accept a name or document correctly, ask support before submitting.

### Admission, early-bird, Early Entry or Premier Access?

| Disney Premier Access (DPA) | Priority access to specified experiences. It does **not** replace admission; check the exact experience list and any included entrance benefit. |

<h2 id="guest-details">How to enter passport details for each guest</h2>

Shanghai Disneyland uses real-name ticketing: **each guest needs their own valid ID for their own ticket**. One person can arrange the purchase, but their passport does not cover everybody in the group. Foreign visitors can use a valid foreign passport; the official rules also list other accepted documents for eligible residents. Have the passports beside you when completing the booking:

1. **Choose the correct document type.** Use the passport you will carry on the visit. For a mixed-nationality group, check the accepted document for each person.
2. **Follow the form’s name fields.** Copy the names from the passport. If the form separates surname and given names, enter them in those fields. Ask the seller before paying if a long name or character cannot be entered correctly.
3. **Check every passport number.** Watch for letters and digits that look alike. Review the guest list before submitting, especially when one person is booking for several people.
4. **Check the guest category and visit date again.** A correct name does not fix a ticket booked for the wrong day or age group.

<p>If the booking form has separate surname and given-name fields, copy <strong>MARTIN</strong> into surname and <strong>EMMA LOUISE</strong> into given names. Include both given names. If it asks for a single full name, follow that form’s instructions rather than guessing a field order.</p>

If you notice an error after payment, contact the original seller immediately. Do not assume you can edit identity details yourself or correct them at the turnstile.

### Children and infants

The official real-name policy sets child-ticket eligibility by **age on the visit date**: ages 3–11 inclusive qualify for a child ticket, and children under 3 receive free park admission. Height still matters for individual rides, but it does not replace this age rule for admission.

Bring each child’s original accepted identity document, including for a child entering free. Follow the seller’s instructions for recording children in the booking; a free-admission child may not appear as a paid ticket. Before adding Early Entry or other extras, check their separate eligibility and charges.

<h2 id="after-booking">Already booked? Check confirmation before trying to link tickets</h2>

Keep these three items distinct:

|---|---|
| Seller’s order or booking number | Finding your purchase with the website or app where you paid. |
| Confirmed voucher and redemption instructions | Checking the visit date, guests and what to present or collect on arrival. |
| Disney admission credential or park ticket | The credential used by Disney for admission and supported ticket-linking functions. It may differ from your seller’s order number. |

**First, open the completed booking.** Confirm the date, guest details and booking status. A payment receipt alone is not enough if the reservation is still awaiting confirmation. Check the confirmation deadline shown for your package before arranging a last-minute visit.

**Next, prepare the official Shanghai Disney Resort app.** Sign in before your visit and follow its current ticket-linking instructions using the Disney credential requested. A third-party order number may not be the number it accepts. If your voucher instructs you to collect a park ticket at entry, follow that process and use the issued ticket for the app functions that require it.

**Then check your group and any extras.** Make sure the tickets and benefits displayed belong to the intended guests and date. DPA is tied to the linked guest’s ticket; adding a ticket to an app does not give every person in the party the same paid benefit.

Save an accessible copy of your booking instructions. Some special entrance benefits require a live QR code in the official app, so a screenshot may not work. ### If something does not work

| Problem | Next step |
|---|---|
| Payment taken, confirmation still pending | Check the package’s confirmation window. Contact the original seller if it is overdue or your visit is approaching. |
| Wrong name, passport number or date | Contact the seller before travel. Ask what correction, cancellation or rebooking is possible for that order. |
| The Disney app rejects a number | Check whether you entered a seller order number instead of the Disney credential requested. Read the voucher’s redemption instructions; ask Disney support about an issued park ticket that still will not link. |
| One person’s ticket or benefit is missing | Compare the confirmation with the guest list. Resolve it with the seller or Disney before buying a duplicate. |

<h2 id="changes-refunds">Can you cancel or change the visit date?</h2>

**Use the conditions attached to your original purchase.** Disney’s direct-booking refund policy does not automatically apply to a ticket bought through another seller.

### Eligible tickets bought directly from Disney

The policy effective January 12, 2026 covers specified standard-price, non-promotional one-day and two-day tickets and Disney Dream Day Packages bought through official direct channels. Eligibility requires that no official Disney coupon was used and no date change has been made.

For eligible **online self-service** refunds, the published cutoffs are:

| From 00:00 six days before through 23:59 the day before | RMB 80 fee per ticket per applicable day. |
| From 00:00 on the visit date | No refund under this policy. |

Two-day tickets use the first visit date for the deadline. Telephone-assisted refunds have earlier cutoffs. Date changes are a separate process with eligibility, availability and advance-notice requirements. ### Tickets bought on Klook

The listing checked for this guide contained both non-cancellable packages and options advertising free cancellation with seven days’ notice. Confirmation times also differed between packages. **Read the selected package and your order confirmation**, rather than applying the conditions of a neighboring option. Submit a cancellation or change request through Klook for a Klook booking.
