Looking for an English PDF? Disney still hosts an older official English PDF, but it describes an attraction as opening in 2019, predates World of Frozen and shows only seven lands. It is an archive, not a current navigation map. We have not found a current official English park-map PDF to recommend; use the live map above for today's layout and operations.
The official interactive park map and Hong Kong Disneyland app are the live sources for your location, posted waits, character locations, shows, accessibility details and facilities. An old PDF cannot tell you whether a ride has closed or a walkway is temporarily controlled.
The most useful question is not “How do I visit all eight lands?” It is “Which two things matter most, and which nearby land should come next?” A first-time family seeking Frozen and a show needs a different shape of day from a group seeking coasters. The main Hong Kong Disneyland guide covers admission, reservations and whether the park deserves a full day in your Hong Kong trip. Here we focus on movement after you have decided to go.
Read the eight lands as clusters
The entrance and Main Street, U.S.A. lead toward the Castle of Magical Dreams. From that central reference point, think in clusters rather than a numbered list of rides.

This table is deliberately selective. It is not a complete attraction list, and it does not imply that every named ride runs every day. Check the official attraction list and app for your visit date.
Choose one of three route shapes
Arendelle is the anchor
World of Frozen → nearby Fantasyland or Toy Story Land → one western-land pair if energy allows.
Keep rides together
Compare Big Grizzly and Mystic Manor waits → continue toward Toy Story Land → decide if Frozen earns a later stop.
Protect a calm middle
Fantasyland and a chosen show → food and stroller break → one next land, chosen by the child and live conditions.
Route A: Frozen first
Start with World of Frozen when it is the reason for the visit. Check the app after entry: if Frozen Ever After is operating and the queue is acceptable, start there; otherwise enjoy Arendelle, consider the other attraction if eligible, and change your order. Continue with Fantasyland for gentler rides or Toy Story Land if the group wants more thrills. Mystic Point and Grizzly Gulch can follow as a pair; do not promise all of them before lunch. An Early Park Entry Pass may change the opening-hour calculation, but it is a separate product with its own eligible experiences and does not include admission. Route B: rides first
If Mystic Manor and Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars matter more than Frozen photographs, compare their live waits, then keep that part of the park together. Toy Story Land is another possible stop before deciding whether to continue toward World of Frozen. Do not cross to Tomorrowland for one moderate wait and immediately cross back. If Tomorrowland’s rides are your real top priorities, start there instead and make one later move across the park. The best first land depends on that day’s opening status and your actual priorities—not a universal clockwise rule.
Route C: a family or show-led day
For a small child, use Fantasyland and the castle side as a base. Pick one attraction, one character or show window, and a real seated food break. If Frozen is important, add it when the family has energy and the live queue works; otherwise keep the day compact. Some attractions have height limits and some have dark or moving scenes even without a listed minimum height. The adult’s “must-do” ride should not define the entire child’s route.
The midday reset
After lunch, make one route correction: stay in the current cluster, or make one purposeful move to the other side. Trying to react to every changing wait time often produces more walking than saved queueing. A showtime, rain or tired child is a valid reason to abandon the original order. Save a route shape, not a minute-by-minute schedule.
Check ride height before choosing a cluster
The park’s official height-requirements FAQ lists the following minimums as checked on 29 September 2026:

The park’s on-site measurement and current attraction rules are final. Height is only one condition; read safety and companion requirements in the app or at the attraction. Do not buy a priority-access product for a ride a member of the group cannot use.
Put food, care and shelter on your map
Do not mark every restaurant before arrival. Save one meal option near your chosen morning cluster and one fallback. The official app locates dining, restrooms and shops; offerings and hours can change. For an infant, the park lists Baby Care Centers on Main Street and in Grizzly Gulch. Find the current location in the live map before you need it. The park also publishes stroller-rental information, but availability is limited.
On a wet or very hot day, treat an indoor show or meal as a planned break. Do not assume rain automatically makes every ride quicker: outdoor attractions may pause, and covered spaces can fill. Use the official calendar for the day’s entertainment and the app for operating status.
Map the evening exit before the show
If the castle-area nighttime show is a priority, stop adding far-away rides late in the day. Choose a viewing position with a clear plan to leave; routes and crowd controls can change during and after entertainment. If someone in your group would struggle with a dense post-show crowd, leaving before the final rush may be a better trade-off than a closer view.
The park exit leads back past Main Street toward Disneyland Resort Station. From there the MTR Disneyland Resort Line connects at Sunny Bay with the rest of the network. Check your onward train, hotel shuttle or other pickup arrangement on the visit date. We do not publish a fixed last-train time or pickup point because transport and crowd management can change.
Save this before leaving your hotel
- Open the official live map and install the official app.
- Choose your two most important experiences, then one nearby substitute if a ride is closed.
- Check children’s heights and your visit date’s calendar.
- Keep admission and reservation details separate from any Early Entry, Premier Access or meal add-on; the main guide walks through that purchase decision.
- Save the route back to Sunny Bay and your hotel. Recheck the app once inside the park.
